Noon Capital, the team behind Noon, the intelligent and fair yield-generating stablecoin, has received a “Secure” rating following a comprehensive smart contract audit conducted by Hashlock, a leading Web3 security firm.
At the heart of Noon’s governance layer is the Noon Capital protocol on Ethereum. It allows users to stake NOON tokens and participate in decentralized governance through a veToken system, with time-locked staking, voting power multipliers, VIP staking tiers with enhanced rewards and a comprehensive vesting mechanism for long-term token distribution. In simple terms, users stake NOON to gain governance power while earning additional rewards via vesting, aligning incentives for long-term participation in the protocol.
To ensure the integrity of this governance infrastructure, the Noon Capital team engaged Hashlock to perform an in-depth review of its Solidity-based codebase. Hashlock manually and proactively reviewed the contracts to give the Noon team and community confidence that the deployed smart contracts are secure.
Hashlock’s audit confirms that Noon Capital’s governance smart contracts are secure, robust and ready for production, marking a key milestone as Noon scales its yield-generating stablecoin ecosystem across chains and partners.
The Hashlock team audited the Noon Capital contracts in June 2025. The scope covered core contracts on Ethereum with tests conducted primarily through manual line-by-line analysis, supported by software-assisted testing.
Following Hashlock’s audit and subsequent fixes by the Noon team, the smart contracts received a “Secure” rating. The contracts follow simple, well-ordered logic, make extensive use of industry-standard OpenZeppelin components and are thoroughly documented. All issues identified during automated and manual analysis have been resolved and acknowledged.
